HCC Surety Online is a password-protected, Internet-based application, designed to simplify and automate the underwriting, issuing, and reporting procedures for some of the most common commercial & fidelity surety bonds. Agents use HCC Surety Online to issue and report bonds in several simple steps. They can also:

1. Access thousands of bond forms from our comprehensive Form Source
2. Issue high-quality bonds direct from their printer
3. Print upcoming renewal invoices
4. View Up-To-Date Agency Statements, and
5. Retrieve updated information on any HCC Surety bond.

HCC Surety Online offers a variety of time-saving tools to the agent, thus increasing productivity. Our system can be accessed from virtually anywhere and anytime via an internet connection (see system requirements for details). HCC Surety Online truly integrates processing between the agent and Surety. For bond types offered, agents will no longer be confined to laboriously fax/email/mail applications to the underwriter, and patiently wait for a response. The individual bond data is instantaneously captured as the agent types the information. With HCC Surety Online, surety bond underwriting, issuing, and reporting can be accomplished in one effortless process!

When an appointed agent signs up with HCC Surety Online, they are provided with online bond-issuing authority. When an agent issues a bond using HCC Surety Online, the system automatically verifies the bond request is within the agent's scope of authority. If the request meets the requirements, then the agent will be granted access to print a fully-executed bond directly from their printer. The agent's only other responsibility is to fax the signed, completed application to 888.380.9826 within five (5) business days of the execution date.

If the bond request cannot be instantly approved and issued via HCC Surety Online, an underwriter will be notified and respond to the request within one business day.
